One Worship

Sunday, September 19

10:30 a.m.

On the Front Lawn

On this day, all five worshiping congregations will join together in One Worship service. The Rev. Mpho Tutu, co-author with her father, the Rev. Desmond Tutu, or the book Made for Goodness, will be presiding at the Eucharist. As we look forward to reading this book together as a parish, the book is available at Jinne's Place in the Parish Life Center during regular business hours and will also be available at the Parish Fair-which immediately follows our One Worship. The cost of the book is $15.

You are welcome and encouraged to bring folding chairs, picnic blankets, and sunglasses! Come and enjoy the morning with your Friends and Family here at St. John's.

The Market will be located in the Parish Life Center parking lot. There will be nine local farmers offering fresh fruits, vegetables, and baked goods. This is a great opportunity to support our local agriculture, purchase foods with a low carbon foot print, and eat healthy all summer!
