Join with friends at St. John's for our annual One Worship Service. St. John’s six worshiping congregations will gather for One service on the front lawn near Frederick Road. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and sunglasses! Afterward, attend the Parish Fair, a wonderful opportunity to visit with friends and sign up for ways to stay connected at St. John’s. 


A Christian Response to Violence
Reclaiming the Gospel of Peace
Workshop at St. John’s: Sat. Oct. 4, 8:30-3:00 p.m.

Facilitator, Matthew Ellis, CEO of Episcopal Health Ministries, will lead conversations about how we can address violence in Ellicott City. Learn more about how Episcopal Churches are responding to violence and how we can apply these programs to our own communities. Ellis is actively involved in interfaith violence prevention at the national level.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided, so advanced reservations will be appreciated. This event is open to all. College Students and Famlies

College Connections is a ministry program that supports the St. John’s college students and helps keep them connected to our faith community through fellowship events, cards, letters, the Godsibb and care packages to support these young adults while they continue their education and their faith journeys. Men's Retreat: Faith Through Relationships
We will gather for supper on Friday, November 14 and conclude with lunch on Sunday, November 16.   The cost of the retreat is $325, which includes a single room, all meals and the program.   Click here for more details, to register for the event and pay with a credit card via St. John's member portal.

Worship During the Week
Monday Through Friday: Prayer service, 12 noon,

Resurrection Chapel.

Wednesdays: Evening Prayer, 6:00 p.m., Resurrection Chapel

This service includes 20 minutes of silent centering prayer.

Thursdays: Holy Eucharist and Healing Prayers, 7:00 a.m., Resurrection Chapel. An informal group gathers at the Double T Diner after the service.
