Lenten Movie Screening

"Where the Wild Things Are”

with the Rev. Jenni Ovenstone Smith

Friday, March 12- 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

All Saints Hall.

Director Spike Jonze released his 2010 film interpretation of the beloved children’s classic by Maurice Sendalk with some controversy and mixed reviews. We will watch it together as a “movie meditation”, letting the film’s vivid characters, complex relationships, and beautiful visuals open up Lenten themes for reflection and discussion. Open to all adults and young adults, “YAC” and older. Bring snacks to share!
